This home is designed in the original “Story Book” style of the Carmel-by-the-Sea aesthetic. It is a play on a historic English Cottage and incorporates hand-hewn timbers and imported architectural antiques. This was an extraordinarily technical home that was accomplished by the collaboration of an amazing architect and experienced owner and quality building team. Some of the points to highlight are the undulating shingle roof, masonry fireplaces and extensive land sensitive excavation work.
